Medix — Clinic & Patient Management SaaS

Multi-tenant platform for doctors and clinics

A SaaS where each doctor gets their own workspace and custom domain, with patients, appointments and a secretary role. Staff provision new doctors, assign domains and start/stop workspaces from an admin dashboard.

  • Clinical file: consultations, prescriptions with drug-safety check, allergies, medical history, dental chart (FDI), lab & imaging orders, vaccinations (Morocco PNI schedule), pregnancy follow-up, treatment plans
  • Practice management: appointments, waitlist that auto-fills cancelled slots, billing with partial payments, inventory, reports (cash, unpaid invoices, no-show rate), audit trail
  • Patient portal: sign-up by email or Google, appointment requests, invoices, secure messaging
  • Communication: in-app audio calls (WebRTC), Web Push notifications, SMS & WhatsApp reminders (Twilio / Meta Cloud API)
  • Security: JWT with refresh tokens, two-step login (authenticator app or email), Google sign-in, roles doctor / secretary / admin
  • AI assistant: structures consultation notes and summarizes a patient's history
